I recently had the pleasure of dining at Il Ghiottone pizzeria, located right in the heart of the historic center of Urbino. My experience there was excellent, deserving four stars. From the moment you enter, you are charmed by the warm and friendly atmosphere of the place, which fits perfectly into the historic atmosphere of the city. The pizzas are simply delicious. The dough is thin and crispy, the ingredients fresh and tasty, making every bite a real treat. I particularly appreciated the variety of pizzas offered, ranging from classics to the most original, all prepared with care and passion. The staff is also a major asset of this pizzeria. Although I didn't have the opportunity to talk at length with them, I noticed that they work quickly and efficiently, which is appreciated when you want to eat without waiting too long. Their speed and professionalism help make the experience even more pleasant. In summary, Il Ghiottone is a pizzeria not to be missed in Urbino. Not bad pizza, excellent option to have the giant pizza (just over 2 whole pizzas the size) simple place. The waitress was a little rude and annoyed, I don't know if it was a bad evening... but she wasn't very helpful. Overall the pizza is good

Passed by with some classmates while we were on a trip to Urbino, hungry, after having eaten relatively badly in the restaurants and in the hotel offered by the school travel agency, I can say that it turned out lunch for us, with a fast and friendly service, in addition to a low price compared to the area in which it is located. I recommend it if you find yourself passing by, we will definitely return if in the area.
