I found it by chance, searching on Maps for a pizzeria nearby... there are hundreds, I chose this one. Small but well-organized place, the guy who served us, Francesco, was very kind and knowledgeable... I had the pizza he recommended, fried pizza and baked parmigiana, I highly recommend it, my husband had the ortolana a ruota di carro.

I was there for the first time... and honestly, I wasn't impressed at all. The pizza was rubbery. I'd give it a 5.

Excellent pizzeria. I've been there before. What sets them apart? Their politeness and helpfulness. Leaving aside the fact that each pizza has its own unique flavor and they always offer off-menu options because they want you to savor the flavors of the current season, this alone tells you the passion they put into their work, always offering flavors that aren't new, but are as authentic as possible in an increasingly consumerist world. But what I want to highlight is their politeness, starting with the master pizza chef and continuing with the entire staff. We were in a hurry; I had to leave for work, and in no time at all, the four requested pizzas were on the table, despite there being people inside and outside the restaurant. Excellent. Delicious.

Great experience at Il Folletto pizzeria in Casagiove! We had a Margherita 3.0, an Ortolana, and a focaccia with tomato, arugula, and parmesan shavings: all delicious. Light dough and fresh ingredients. Friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

Finally, a "serious" pizza. Everywhere I go, I find mini pizzas with 60-square-meter crusts, as tall as the Mose in Venice. For the first time, after seeing absurd pizzas around, with unrealistic dimensions and appearance (due to fashion or the herd syndrome affecting the now numerous contemporary canoe manufacturers), I've found one like they used to make: that is, "serious" (in weight and quality), with sizes that meet expectations, delicious flavors and ingredients, and decidedly reasonable prices for the quality offered. The service is good, and the wait staff is very friendly. The place isn't huge, but it's well-distributed. A truly wonderful discovery.
