Pizzeria Il Faro In Alessandria

Veniamo in questo locale da almeno 20 anni. Una formula spartana, ma nella sua estrema semplicita' unica e apprezzabile: ci si prepara e sbarazza il tavolo da soli. Pizza da urlo, top!!! Farinata molto buona. Quando capitiamo ad Alessanria veniamo spesso a cenare aui! Consigliatissimo.

If the owners of this pearl of a pizzeria were politicized or paid some pimp journalist they would be worthy of a mention from the Gambero Rosso or the Michelin Guide as other restaurant businesses around Italy instead seek out spasmodically. Fantastic pan pizzas with first choice raw materials. My favorites are buffalo burrata and porchetta, stracchino and pesto, diavola, pugliese and margherita which in its simplicity reveals the exquisiteness of the Faro pan pizzas. Owners not very friendly but super professional. A true gem.

I like to return from time to time to this place which certainly has a long experience with farinata and then with the passage of time much more has been added. I would like to suggest studying a "communication" system that is more efficient than expected. Technology can help a lot! Honest prices, average quality, I personally would try to use less salt... but it's better to receive other feedback before doing so. In my case it is an emotional bond seasoned with honest prices that pushes me to pop in once.
