If the owners of this pearl of a pizzeria were politicized or paid some pimp journalist they would be worthy of a mention from the Gambero Rosso or the Michelin Guide as other restaurant businesses around Italy instead seek out spasmodically. Fantastic pan pizzas with first choice raw materials. My favorites are buffalo burrata and porchetta, stracchino and pesto, diavola, pugliese and margherita which in its simplicity reveals the exquisiteness of the Faro pan pizzas. Owners not very friendly but super professional. A true gem.

I like to return from time to time to this place which certainly has a long experience with farinata and then with the passage of time much more has been added. I would like to suggest studying a "communication" system that is more efficient than expected. Technology can help a lot! Honest prices, average quality, I personally would try to use less salt... but it's better to receive other feedback before doing so. In my case it is an emotional bond seasoned with honest prices that pushes me to pop in once.

We found ourselves there by chance Farinata (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐rare so good now), pan pizza ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ excellent, we also tried the focaccia with onions ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (a bomb), the delicious agnolotti . All very good...but don't expect the restaurant par excellence because there is no table service or even elegantly decorated furnishings...but these are the places where you eat best in my opinion.
