The real star, of course, is the pizza. The dough is simply extraordinary: light, fragrant, and perfectly leavened, a clear sign of careful, high-quality workmanship! Each bite reveals an impeccable balance between crunchiness and softness, with a beautifully honeycombed crust that's never rubbery...a fair price! We ordered a focaccia with pistachio and gorgonzola mortadella, a baked calzone with sausage and oregano, a Coke, and a Corona.
