During a quick visit to Brindisi, we stopped at this pizzeria with excellent gluten-free options: light, crispy, and incredibly tasty. Our celiac daughter was thrilled! We thank the kind and attentive staff who ensured maximum safety, especially the owner, who showed great empathy by introducing our daughter to a delicious Nutella dessert! A pleasant discovery that has left us wanting to return next time!

A good pizzeria, both for takeout and dine-in... the owner and staff are very friendly and quick to serve customers. I went there tonight for the first time and will definitely recommend it to friends. The pizza dough is good, very digestible, and the ingredients are good. Excellent value. They also have an outdoor gazebo for those who prefer to eat outside.

We booked at this pizzeria for the gluten-free option, which is served on black plates. The pizza and fried food were good. Even the regular pizza was well received. Surprisingly, from what you've read, the service and timing tonight were just right.

Fantastic pizza, very large selection. Despite the large number of customers, the wait was short. The only thing missing was olive oil for the pizza, but I still recommend it.

We ordered gluten-free calzones and panzerotti to go... delicious! Excellent and recommended for celiacs.

Gluten-free dinner, truly a pleasure to try local specialties in a gluten-free version. The only thing I need to add is that if you want the focaccia, you'll have to order it. Otherwise, everything was delicious.
