The first time ever I encountered a small problem of personal taste, I pointed it out to the pizza chef who immediately began to make it perfect for me every time. Refined flours, and sorry if I say this in a subtle way, are only bad for us. People are not educated to correlate pain, gastroesophageal reflux, with the continuous intake of pro-inflammatory foods.
