Pizzeria I Tre Monelli In Carpi

Truly excellent pizza, light and easily digestible dough, available in round and meter-long versions, cooked in a wood-fired oven. Three stars only for the price of the drinks, which I think is a bit too high compared to other takeout pizzerias in the city. €6 for a 1.5-liter bottle of Coke. Pizza prices are in line, a half-meter pizza with three flavors for €23.

This is my first time at this pizzeria. The place is very basic, perhaps too basic. However, the staff is friendly, and the pizzas I ordered were as expected. The prices are very fair, but I personally didn't like the dough; I found it hard, not soft. So it's a matter of personal taste.

A go-to pizzeria near my house. The pizza is always good and easy to digest. The owner and delivery guys are super nice.
