Driven by curiosity after a friend's experience, we book and are kindly welcomed by the staff, professional but at the same time pleasantly chatty in explaining the menu. We ate 3 different shovels, all excellent starting from the light and fragrant dough, not to mention the excellent quality seasoning and a note of merit in the combination of the various ingredients. We will happily return. Thank you.

Food: "L'erotica" shovel very good, the flavor of the mushrooms and the truffle sauce on the lard prevails, however overall very tasty and rich. Unfortunately, Pala Carbonara was a bit disappointing, especially due to the absence of pecorino on the palate, which was practically non-existent. In general, the dough is medium thin and crunchy. Excellent service, the girl who served us was extremely kind and helpful. Pale served after a short wait (net of the few people in the room at the time of ordering). Nice, pleasant atmosphere, recommended for a dinner with friends. Excellent location in the center.

Really good pizza I go there whenever I can

If you eat gluten-free this is the right place! Vast range of pizza and other gluten-free products including beer and chips, very quick service and very kind and friendly wait staff. This is the only place where you can eat gluten-free without leaving a kidney behind! Really honest prices! Place located in the city center, easily reachable from the station. I recommend it to everyone, it's been a point of reference for years now! Ah the quality of the products is truly TOP!

We ordered pizza and salad. The pizza (pala type) leavened for 72 hours was delicious, too bad that in some places it was overcooked, not to mention burnt. The salad was served without tuna. Even if it was included in the menu. We asked this question to the waiter. The waiter told us he didn't know the ingredients and would ask in the kitchen. As a result, we did not receive a response. A note of merit to the wine. I took the house red one but I liked it so much that I took another glass that was sweet and soft on the palate.

Locale un po’ nascosto ma veramente ma veramente carino, ricercato nei minimi dettagli e pulito. Molto carina la veranda esterna. Io ho mangiato una pizza senza glutine che è rientrata nella mia top ten delle pizze più buone mai mangiate! Impasto e sapore del pomodoro TOP!

Una splendida scoperta! Abbiamo preso due pinze particolari : una con crema di zucca e guanciale favolosa e una con crudo e fiocchi di bufala buonissima. Impasto buonissimo. Complimenti. Tornerò sicuramente.
