I ordered a takeout pizza with mortadella and burrata, which I highly recommend. It's delicious, well-kneaded and leavened, making it particularly light and digestible. The staff is punctual and friendly. Your only flaw is that you should also open for lunch, since many people like to eat pizza the same day! Otherwise, everything is great. I'll gladly return soon!

I've been a customer for a while now, and I've always loved their pizzas, with their fresh seasonal toppings. But today I tried a seafood pizza for the first time in my life... Daniele (the owner and pizza chef) made it plain to bring out the best in the flavor of the fresh seafood. A perfect score... I'll definitely be back!

Great pizza, friendly, nice people!

Ordering went well, although no English was spoken. You get a pager that alerts you when the food is ready. The pizzas were ready very quickly. We had four pizzas: two medium (Margherita and salami) and two large (tuna and ham). Unfortunately, the tuna pizzas were a bit short on tuna, and there were larger patches where there was none. Otherwise, the pizza tasted quite good. We sat outside, and unfortunately, there was a bit of a wasp problem, but a woman came over and hung up incense sticks to drive them away.

Lovely pizza, we stayed at santa gilla for 6 nights and went twice for dinner. Staff are friendly and welcoming, good service.
