Extraordinary dough and ingredients.
I'm from Trieste, but now any excuse is good to stop by Gigi Pipa and eat their pizza!

A few evenings ago we went to eat a pizza with my sister and my nephew at "Gigi Pipa". The fame that precedes this pizzeria is more than justified: the environment is spacious, modern, with tables quite far apart and partly, as there is a floor with a few steps, accessible to disabled people, in industrial style, with wooden details and lots of green: the "pothos" hanging from the ceiling are very pleasant. The oven is wood-fired and the kitchen is open, as it is also a restaurant.
We took the pizzas, of excellent quality with "Neapolitan" dough and I noticed that their bread is also packaged and sold separately. The staff is very kind, helpful and fast.
An experience to be repeated, perhaps in the summer to try the products from their garden.

Very good pizza, with really high quality products, I really recommend it... the only flaw is the prices are a little high but justifiable for the quality of the pizza.🫶🏻

I tasted 2 versions of margherita, the dough was very good and the few ingredients in their simplicity and excellent quality made both pizzas fantastic. I advise those who love sweets to try it and you won't be disappointed.

we were here on a Saturday evening for dinner, we called at 6pm and we managed to find a table for two for the same evening, so we booked for 9.30pm
the place is really nice aesthetically and the idea of having open kitchens is nice
the staff was numerous, but the waitresses were a little absent
We ordered a "raw prawn from Porto Santo Spirito" which I must say was good even if very expensive, and an "onion and potatoes" which on the price list is a white pizza, so when ordering the waitress let us know asking if we wanted to keep it like this or put the tomato, HE DIDN'T MENTION AT ALL THAT IT WAS AN ADDITION AND HOW MUCH IT COULD COST
€61 for two.... with €2.50 of tomato sauce AS AN ADDITION of the onion and potato pizza which already costs €12

Welcoming and well-kept place, staff active but not particularly warm, bordering on surly.
Curious and varied menu, but the dish served does not meet expectations. For the price paid, I expected better.

Luogo invitante con varietà di scelta nel menù, abbiamo ordinato una degustazione e una pizza napoletana, entrambe eccellenti e curate al minimo dettaglio. Ci torneremo volentieri!
