The pizzas were good. The starter of foccacio, salami, olives, anchovies, and burrata was good, but at €20, it seemed a bit overpriced. The sourdough bread included in the coperto was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I've been here four times in the last two years and I've always enjoyed the food, and the quality has always been very good and innovative. Therefore, I was willing to pay a little more. However, I have the impression that it has stagnated somewhat, and other pizza restaurants offer comparable dishes at lower prices.

🍕 Excellent pizzeria. We chose it because we were looking for a Neapolitan dough, and our expectations were met. The dough is very light, and you can taste the quality flour. We chose the classic Margherita and the Coast to Coast, both very good.
Perhaps a tad too late (the crust was slightly overcooked).
Impeccable service, lovely outdoor atmosphere.

What can I say? It's a guarantee. After all, if it ranked 37th among the 50 Top Pizzerias in Italy in 2025, there must be a reason. We tried two contemporary pizzas, but next time we'll definitely try the gourmet options. A special mention goes to the desserts. Super happy.

Last night I went to eat at this pizzeria I'd heard about, and I must say it far exceeded my expectations.
The focaccia doughs were superb; you could taste the hard work and research into the raw materials, the leavening, and the dough, which is both important and rare for its originality.
The Roman round pizza was also delicious, crispy and very light.
The classic Neapolitan round pizza was equally good, with high-quality, well-measured ingredients.
I speak from personal experience in the sector, and I believe that such small businesses, enriched by such genuine research and passion, should be promoted and preserved, not let these treasures escape abroad. We'll end up eating prefabricated pizzas lacking originality, research, and quality.

A worthwhile experience 💥
I went with friends to try this gourmet pizzeria in Este and I have to say I was thrilled 🤩
They have a wide variety of pizzas, from the most elaborate to the least elaborate, with excellent quality ingredients. 💕
The prices are definitely above average (from €14 for the simplest pizzas to €25 for the most elaborate), but I assure you it's worth it. ✨
Ample parking, just outside the center of Este, so no issues with the restricted traffic zone. Accessible for people with disabilities.
The bathroom and interior are very clean and well-kept, very spacious ☺️
I was very happy and satisfied, certainly not with everything simply because of the unusually high price, but once in a while you can treat yourself!

Nonostante i tempi d'attesa 1 pò lunghi e i fine settimana 1 pò caotici gustare la loro pizza è sempre un piacere! impasto soffice, leggero, digeribile e ingredienti buoni e ben bilanciati! prezzi leggermente superiori alla media.
