Good restaurant with delicious food, good service, and excellent wine. We ate there twice during our stay in Montebabbio, and were very satisfied both times.

Traditional Reggio Emilia restaurant. We had a table full of friends, and we ordered three types of tortelli, plus fried gnocco, tigelle, and cured meats. Everything was truly excellent. It's definitely worth a visit in the summer, when the city is stiflingly hot, because the lovely terrace overlooks the Scandiano hills. Highly recommended.

The location is stunning, with the option of sitting outside or in front of the beautiful window (request when booking), which offers a stunning sunset (if you're lucky). The dishes are good to excellent. The Zuppa Inglese is excellent!!!

I went there for dinner with friends. The location is beautiful, on the first hills of Reggio Emilia. The restaurant is also beautiful. The menu offers a good selection of traditional dishes. I had tagliatelle with wild boar, a sliced Angus steak and baked potatoes. The dishes were good and tasty. Lambrusco, water and amaro were also included. The portions were "normal." The wait was a bit long, but the place was full and that's understandable. The price was a little above average.

Excellent place for a lunch/dinner, even a romantic one 💕, because it has very beautiful and well-kept spaces, the window overlooking the Reggio hills crowns it all...
Family-run, so excellent home cooking, both first and second courses, excellent tigelle and gnocco as well as the cured meats that accompany them, delicious homemade desserts... I will return... Highly recommended.

We went for dinner, and the food was typical local dishes.
The quality/price ratio was super reasonable, and the terrace where you can dine offers a beautiful view of the Reggio Emilia hills.
I recommend it.

This historic restaurant in the Scandiano hills has refined the quality of its food and dishes while remaining in its renovated setting years ago! Reservations are required, and it's very characteristic to dine in the southern section, where you can enjoy an excellent view of the Reggio Emilia hills.
