One of the best Neapolitan pizzas I've ever tried, both for the palate and for the truly exceptional digestibility of the product. Another gem of the place is that of bringing the customer, after choosing the pizza, a tablet with the "history" of it and a small taste of the characteristic ingredients.

The pizza you don't expect! You decide to eat a "simple pizza" and you find yourself in this place where the welcome is already smiling and the environment has warm colours, you predispose yourself positively. Then they bring you the menu and you notice the scissors on the table, what will they be used for? Find out. Everything that is proposed is very particular. Be careful, they are not the "usual gourmet pizzas", but rather pizzas with expertly combined ingredients, products from southern companies, excellence, with a real taste. And lots of cuddles, I don't want to reveal the surprises. We appreciated the attention to detail and the quality of all the ingredients, in short, a truly unsurpassed, unique pizza. I love pizza, but this one is really special. Seeing is believing, especially the starters, a delight.

Even if I personally prefer the "Roman" version, which is crunchier, the excellent quality and lightness of the "Neapolitan" dough of this place must be recognized.
Professional service of a level not always found, even in apparently superior restaurants.
As for the pizzas: the “Napoli” version had really good quality capers and anchovies, as well as the buffalo pralines. The yellow tomatoes (confit?) were sweet and harmonized well with the other ingredients. The "Scarpariello" pizza also had good ingredients, in particular the thin slices of pecorino placed at the end of cooking and then, with a bit of scenography, fused with a flambé done directly on the table.
Overall a pleasant experience with a very good quality/price ratio, compared to the quality and prices of similar places in the area.

We had booked a table for 10.15pm but since it wasn't even set they made us wait outside for half an hour. The food was quite good and the waiters were helpful. But the organization of the restaurant is terrible
