🍕 Pizzeria Gallo Divo 🍕 I'm not just saying this because Gennaro is a friend of mine, but because the food here is amazing. Super good pizza, light and fragrant dough, cooked to perfection in a real wood-fired brick oven. The chickpea pie is something special: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, perfectly flavorful, and cooked in a wood-fired oven—you'll love it! All at modest prices, a rarity these days, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Authentic place, true passion, and flavors that keep you coming back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended! 🔥🍕

Family atmosphere, very rustic and down to earth.

So to justify the top rating, I have to tell you a little about the owners! Gennaro and Elisabetta are kind and very, very welcoming people! I'm a truck driver and they welcomed me like their grandson... The food is amazing, authentic, like grandma makes it! Amazing people, homey atmosphere and grandma's hospitality, excellent food! So every time I pass through Livorno I come to say hello to my friends ❤️

The chickpea cake with plenty of schiacciata and aubergines under pesto is exceptional, a welcoming and familiar place with super friendly staff

Very rustic and simple in its furnishings, no air conditioning, and only one half-bathroom. Seater: approximately 50, but still very friendly. They serve pizza and beef dishes like steak or grilled meat, served with fries and salad. The owner gave us a free portion of fries, and the obligatory limoncello after the meal... you can even leave the bottle on the table if you like.

We went out to eat today, and our first impression was so-so. We had two salata verde (which were okay), a Gorgonzola pizza, and a calzone. After tasting it a bit, my husband noticed a sweet and sour taste in the calzone. We told the server, but the chef didn't bother to do anything about it. We had to pay for the calzone even though there was still more than half left. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it 😔

Here, you simply have to appreciate the pizza and the charm of this small restaurant. And it's simply fantastic. The tastiest pizza ever. About the staff: I think they haven't quite grasped that they're serving fantastic pizza, and in a harbor district, which couldn't be more Italian. Thank you for the great food and the unique experience.
