The dough was phenomenal, a featherlight, definitely the best in the area (and beyond). The toppings were varied and well-matched, including some unusual and original ones. We also really appreciated the option of choosing between a high or low crust, which is sure to please everyone in the family. The only "critical" thing, so to speak: the flavor of the fiordilatte and buffalo mozzarella was barely noticeable. Furthermore, the porcini mushrooms were mushy, tasteless, and seemed freshly defrosted. The price is above average, but justified by the quality of the wheat and the ingredients. Regardless of personal taste, overall, it's worth it!

To get good things, you have to wait a little, and in this case, the wait was worth it! The pizza was delicious. I chose the sensory Margherita, cooked twice and topped with grated dark chocolate... One of the best I've ever eaten!
