I think it's the most historic and well-known pizzeria in the Viterbo area. Sara is always friendly and kind, and Uncle Giggi, who's very well-known, always has a joke for everyone. And just between us, I eat their pizza almost every week; it's never bored me.

You can tell they know what they're doing as soon as you walk in. Lots of options, even for those who don't want meat. Smart staff. Fair prices.

A true Viterbo institution! This is Baldini's pizzeria on the Teverina, which continues to serve the specialties we grew up eating on Via Cairoli with the same passion. Anyone who studied in Viterbo has stopped in at least once to try Giggi's legendary hot dog, the stuffed calzone, and the legendary seafood pizza. For generations of students and young people in Viterbo and its province, it has been and still is a point of reference.
