Napofollia in Guidonia is a real gem for lovers of authentic Neapolitan pizza! I have had the pleasure of trying several of their specialties and each time it has been an excellent culinary experience. The pizza dough is light and well leavened, with a high and soft crust just as Neapolitan tradition dictates. The ingredients are of the highest quality, fresh and tasty, making every bite a real pleasure. From the classic Margherita to the more elaborate pizzas, every choice is a guarantee of taste. No less important are the fried foods: light, crunchy and not at all greasy. They are the perfect way to start dinner and prepare the palate for the intense flavors of the pizzas. The staff is another strong point of Napofollia. Everyone is incredibly friendly, kind and attentive to the needs of the customer, making the atmosphere welcoming and familiar. The service is quick and efficient, a real pleasure. The only small sore point is the garden, which unfortunately appears a little neglected and does not fully enhance the outdoor space. It would be nice to see it treated with the same passion they put into cooking! Finally, the prices are absolutely fair and in line with the quality offered.

We go to this pizzeria with fairly high expectations. Saturday night at 9:00 pm I was told that they didn't have supplì so we went straight to the pizza that once it arrived was supposed to be a fiery gricia but it turned out to be a pizza with spirit, the alcohol was perhaps too much, it didn't evaporate and remained floating on the pizza which was unpleasant.

Pizzeria with very uncomfortable chairs, endless waiting times. Average food, just enough to eat something after leaving the nearby cinema, but it's definitely not worth coming here on purpose

Cozy place and friendly staff. The pizza is amazing, the dough is delicious with a lot of choice. I highly recommend it. I will be back.

Very tasty Neapolitan style pizza.

Di passaggio prima di una serata al cinema. Ottima pizza (ovviamente napoletana) e buona la scelta delle birre. Servizio super veloce e personale super cortese. Ci torneremo con più calma perché c’è molto da assaggiare…

Sono stato in questo locale per trascorrere una serata tra amici, eravamo in 18. Peccato che dalle vetrate retrostanti arrivasse un po' di corrente che ci ha infreddoliti. Menù vario con prezzi (ahimè) nella media. La pizza è napoletana, gourmet, con cornicione alto, talvolta ripieno, ben condita, ma ad alcuni è risultata poco digeribile.
