I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the staff Ameet was welcoming and attentive, which made the experience feel truly relaxing. The location was excellent, with easy access to tram station for all attractions. Price to me seems very high, I stayed for two days so it did not felt that much but I would definitely not stay more than two days for this price which was on the higher side compared to similar accommodations in the area. I would give 5-stars if rate was not as high. Pros: Large, comfortable room Friendly and helpful staff Great location Cons: Higher price point than comparable options

Hi everyone, we stayed in room 302 on the 3rd floor from June 16th to 19th, 2025. Room & bathroom were large enough, ceiling height 3m Air conditioning worked perfectly. I found the double bed extremely hard (I'm 1.80m / 85kg), but my wife thought the mattress was fine. 🫣 Parking costs 10 euros per night/day. The tram (1.70 euros for 90 minutes) & bus stop (I think the bus costs 1.00 euros for 90 minutes) are nearby. Room & bathroom are clean & quiet overnight. TV > no German channels. Breakfast > Croissants & toast & bread are available. Overall, it's fine. 😄

I stayed in this hotel and the double room I booked was large, with basic furnishings but very nice, clean, equipped with air conditioning and a window in both the room and the bathroom. The best was the really comfortable mattress. Very quiet. Polite and kind staff, they also gave us a printout of all the possible transfers to get to Santa Maria Novella. Abundant breakfast both sweet and savory. If I were to return I would go there for sure!

Stayed for a concert at the Visarno Arena (reachable on foot or via the nearby Federiga tram stop). Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, spacious room with air conditioning. Spacious and well-equipped bathroom. Abundant and varied breakfast. Private paid parking. Nearby restaurants, pizzerias and supermarkets.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. The only flaw was the bathroom in our room, although in perfect order, was really cramped.

The hotel is very close to the city center. The room was large and clean 👍.

The room is showing its age, and the door doesn't open and close very well. Everything is spotlessly clean, though. Service is okay, the location is a bit out of the way, but if you're a good walker, you can reach the center in about 50 minutes.
