very clean hotel forces a little less aesthetics which should be taken care of a little more. they are always at your service, very abundant breakfasts where you can choose what to eat. when we go out some gentlemen come to clean and find some towels

It's a hotel that has everything: large room with bed (a little hard for my taste) and very comfortable pillows. Abundant and excellent breakfast (there is everything you need). The staff is not always very helpful (depends on who is there at the time). It's not the hotel of life but it's very clean and you don't spend much.

Best hotel to be in Florence,very good conection with the trail,bus. You can come to centre for 10 minute.very good stuff, Guy from the reception is the best,he gave us so many good information,very polite and make us feel like home. We spent here two weeks in this hotel,everything was perfect. My recomands to everyone.

This hotel is OK. Cheap and cheerful. No real complaints except our awful shower but big beds and simple breakfast.

Excellent location close to the tramway. Parking difficult in the area or for a fee (10 euros). Rooms ok, bathroom in need of renovation and with traces of mold in the shower. Presence of smoke smell in the room. Ok for one night...no more. Price ok

21/03/2025: Sono stata in questo ristorante per un pranzo veloce. Abbiamo preso un tagliere con crostini affettati, sottili e un piatto di pasta al pomodoro. I prezzi sono nella media e pure i piatti li ho trovati normali.
01/01/2025: No está claro por qué algunas personas han comenzado a despedir este restaurante. Debido a que entramos nos pareció que la decoración era hermosa el lugar con encanto, el personal servicial la comida en caro y de muy alta calidad. Especialmente los raviolis con espinacas y ricota y un poco de trufa al lado, era mejor de lo que habíamos comido en Milán o Venecia. Esperas una trampa turística en esto. Date prisa, pero esto definitivamente no es uno.
