Pizzeria Fiori Di Zucca In Roma

Ho per caso sentito parlare di questa pizza Erica premiata e ho voluto provarla da sporto…pizza napoletana, ti deve piacere e a Roma se la contende con quella romana, ma qui, a Roma, trovare qlcsa che nn sia solo napoletano ma che rievochi la bontà della pizza di giù non è cosa scontata… La loro pizza è fantastica, gustosa, con prodotti di qualità e buona anche fredda!!! Uagliù provatela, io credo di esserne diventata dipendente!!!

Prima volta da loro, presa una pizza Margherita un supplì e un fiore di zucca, tutto ottimo fiore di zucca bello carico e croccante, pizza spettacolari con mozzarella vera. Sicuramente hanno guadagnato un cliente 😎 Complimenti ragazzi!💪💪💪

Basically the pizza is good, although it must be admitted that the quality is fluctuating and depends on the evening, the pizzas are often burned too much (sometimes with even half the pizza being inedible) and the dough has undergone many variations over time, in my opinion for the worse, often resulting soft but chewy. There is a lot of choice on the menu, both pizzas and fried foods. Normally fried with a slightly weak breading and a lackluster taste. The sandwiches, even these are average, fail to shine even though they are unique in shape and ingredients compared to the other sandwich shops in the area. The service is quick and the guys who work are all smart and smiling. If you don't feel like moving around too much or don't have too many demands, it's definitely a good port to dock at. In essence, the place can have ample room for improvement but the staff must have the desire to get back into the game, being known is not enough to keep customers stable.
