Pizzeria Fermento In Napoli

very good pizza, very kind staff

A little small place, and a little long waiting times, average pizza

We went to this pizzeria on a Saturday evening, booking through The Fork. Even though the place was full, they seated us immediately thanks to the reservation, and the discount was applied without having to say anything, which we appreciated. The menu prices were real, so the discount was actual, not inflated. We had the Vesuvio bruschettas (good, although not memorable), some very tasty croquettes, a well-made “Le 2 Sicilie” pizza and a very good saltimbocca with raw meat. The service was kind and helpful, a little slow perhaps, but given that it's a Saturday night, that's OK. Overall a nice experience. I would happily go back, perhaps on a quieter day to enjoy it more calmly.

Nice place, the owner and her son were nice and kind, the combinations of tastes and flavors of the pizza were good, the only negative points were the cooking and presentation. The pizza was undercooked and therefore the result was a gummy pizza, and another flaw, they were two pizzas of different shapes, badly made and crooked. Even the eye wants its part.

I leave 3 stars only for quality and friendliness but the prices do not correspond to the menu.. I recommend you try but clarify the prices with the owner. All in all we ate well.

Very nice and well looked after environment, excellent pizzas and appetizers. We booked with TheFork thanks to which we had a discount; the only thing they seem to be a little "annoyed" by this type of booking, in fact the waitress initially wasn't the most kind and neither was the person who made us pay at the end of the dinner. As soon as we sat down, my husband asked to have some pancakes seen in the window and was given a rude reply. As for the rest, I repeat, excellent food but a bit high value for money (I'm obviously talking if we had booked without TheFork). Cover charge €2.50 and it's all there. In any case they apply the discount due on the menu, but what you save they try to recover on the coffees/bitter at the end, be careful.

In an intense day of exploration in a new Naples for my partner, I had the immense pleasure of confirming what had already been announced by the opinions of some relatives and by other advice on the web. Fermento 2.0, in the heart of Via Pigna, is a place where the meal does not have the pretensions of high-sounding names without compromising on the quality of the ingredients and the hospitality offered. Cuoppo (fried mix) for two, the special "A Modo Mio" and the Gourmet "Fermenta" were part of a dazzling mix. We will return and we highly recommend taking a small detour to reach Fermento 2.0.

Very welcoming location, polite and kind staff, really good pizza with the possibility of having different variations. 1 more star for the cleanliness of the place. Keep it up, see you soon!

Locale carino ma eviterei tavoli vicino al bagno . Personale distratto . Pizza nella media come qualità ed in linea circa i prezzi . La pizza non mi ha entusiasmato .
