Really good, everyone. Unmissable: among the first courses the Tortello di carbonara, with red prawn, thyme oil, long Bengal pepper, homemade scampi and the pumpkin gnocchi with cheese and pepper, sake and truffle. Among the desserts, the Gelato with olive oil olive with pistachio sponge, white chocolate sauce, candied ginger (which is a real esoteric culinary experience) and the Valrhona chocolate cigar (a matter that deserves lustful in-depth study), filled with ricotta and nduja and peanut ash.
