Okay, its unassuming as a look, flavor punches you in the face with pleasure. Our host (chef, owner) came with recommendations. Highly recommend the arugula with beef and cheese. (Personal favorite) Had a 1st course with a minced meat sauce with crostini, and the array of local meats and some fries. Flavors were simple, but done perfect. Fries a little salty, but the house white wine were a great way to temperature the saltiness. Off the beaten path, but worth the flavor. Parking not a problem. Unassuming esthetics of the building as opposed to the amazing simple flavors. If I lived in this area of Italy I would go back monthly.

Simple and retro place with great pizza, fast service and very low price.

We had two very good tagliolini with Chianina beef ragù, and a platter of truly delicious tender porchetta. For dessert, a homemade panna cotta topped with chocolate, along with half water, half wine, a small beer, and two coffees, including a shot of sambuca. The final price was unbelievable, with the two of us spending only €30.00. The staff was friendly. I recommend going, it's worth it.
