We've been regulars at this restaurant since its old location in Torre Ovo. But tonight we were even more surprised after ordering the new addition: a house appetizer of 8 portions for two people. The food we received wasn't too much for four people, but the freshness and authenticity of the dishes were unrivaled. Our sincerest compliments to those who prepared these dishes, which are truly delicious, even though I disagree with the price, as they should cost much more. They're well deserved.

We went to "Casa Noscia" with the intention of eating proper grilled meat, and our expectations were exceeded. The experience begins at the counter, where you can choose the freshest cuts of meat. We ordered a mixed platter and were delighted: the bombette were juicy, bursting with flavor, and with a savory filling that melted in your mouth. One led to another. Honorable mention goes to the liver rolls (gnummareddi), with an intense and authentic flavor, for true lovers of tradition. The local sausage is also excellent, cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The service is informal and friendly, and the atmosphere is typical of a local grill house. If you're looking for authentic Apulian flavors cooked over the grill, this is the place to be.

I've been frequenting the owners' various businesses for years, and it's always a confirmation. The pizza is truly excellent: Roman-style, crispy, light, and made with quality ingredients. The grilled meat is also very good, but for me, the pizza remains unbeatable. Welcoming atmosphere, always friendly service, and fair prices. Easy parking and you immediately feel at home. A place where you eat well and want to return. Highly recommended!
