Tried it this evening for the first time. The pizza was well-filled and very tasty. Unlike other pizzas, there was no oil left in the carton and it wasn't burnt at all on the edges. I RECOMMEND IT.
Unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to expectations, especially regarding the dough and structure.
Small size: The pizza is small, and the dough is significantly undersized compared to the standards of a traditional round pizza.
Forced stretching: To compensate for the lack of mass, the dough was "stretched" excessively. This made it almost inconsistently thin, causing it to lose the pleasant elasticity one would expect.
Lack of crust: A sore point! The crust is practically nonexistent, flat, and lacking the air bubbles that are synonymous with proper leavening and maturation.
The pizzeria offers good pizza, made with quality ingredients. It's still tasty the next day, which demonstrates its meticulous preparation. Furthermore, the customer service is positive: the staff is friendly and helpful. A recommended place for those seeking simplicity and quality.
I often come here for pizzas, which I find very good. They have a fairly light dough and good ingredients. The welcome is warm, and the owners do their best to accommodate their customers' needs. I've noticed their kindness, which helps keep you coming back, something I haven't found at other places I've frequented.
