I go there often. I think both the pan pizza and the classic pizza are the best in Taranto. The staff is incredibly friendly and immediately puts you at ease!!! Highly recommended.

I was in Cisternino for my vacation in Puglia, and friends invited me out for pizza. As a Milanese, I thought: Wow, I'm in Puglia, and I have to go for pizza? With all the good things Puglia has to offer? I eat pizza in Milan too... But I had to change my mind, because I ate one of the best pizzas of my life. The pizza itself was nothing special (the toppings), but the dough it was made from was sublime. The pizza was well-cooked and very digestible. Finally, a pizza that didn't leave your stomach feeling bloated, as if the dough was still rising in your stomach. I felt full but light. I hope to find a pizza like that in Milan too (sooner or later...)
