Pizzeria on the outskirts of Lucca; we tried the takeout pizza. The Neapolitan pizza is truly well-made and delicious, and the price is very fair. Recommended.

Superb Neapolitan pizzeria. We were looking for an authentic restaurant near the center of Lucca, and we found it. Nothing fancy, just a real pizzeria where the pizzas stand out, prepared by a friendly team. A real favorite. Definitely worth a try!

Passing through Lucca, traveling along the Romana road toward the city center, absorbed in tormenting thoughts about the reasons that drove my colleague Dario (now my ex) to leave me to go to work in Padua, I had to stop at a closed level crossing. Just a few meters from the train intersection, I spotted the pizzeria sign. Intrigued by the name, I stopped for dinner. For the first time, I ate the pizza with the place's namesake crust. Truly exceptional. The owner was very kind, and her husband, an award-winning pizza chef, was very professional. The drivers, both from Campania, restored my faith in these people that... "someone"... had made me lose.
