We have done what is not usually common in Italy: repeat the same restaurant. And my niece, after a week between Rome and Naples, and after 15 Margherita pizzas, said that this is her TOP1.
The first night I also tried the Genoese ragù, which I have been told is one of the most traditional dishes. Great choice, just like my mother's carbonara. But the second night I chose the Lasagna, and it is the best I have had in Italy.

What can I say? Never seen such a fast and precise service. A war machine. Starting from the "butterfly" and ending with all the staff with particular praise to the pizza chefs. Packed place, 6 minutes and 30 minutes to turn out one of the best pizzas ever, timed time from the moment of order to the arrival of the pizza on the table. A concentration of skill and ability. Well done
