Pizzeria Del Corso In Moncalvo

We've been coming to this place with our family for years and it's always a great feeling.

An unexpected discovery. We stopped by chance at this pizzeria al taglio, which a person recommended to us on the street because it was already late to get home and prepare dinner with my wife. We were amazed not only by the family welcome from Pino and his family but also by the exceptional pizza, flaky until the last bite. We also found a varied selection of Piedmontese wines at super fair prices. I recommend the pizza with radicchio, gorgonzola, and lard on the side. My wife is an incredible vegetarian. The owner explained to us that he uses a positioning system that favors the circulation of heat even from the bottom without it touching the bottom of the oven floor. We then finished with an excellent tiramisu and a low Genoese panettone made by his daughter. We will definitely be back. Thanks to Pino and family.
