In this place I find the pizza light and digestible, a lot of attention to detail (you will notice an obsessive rolling out of the dough, the roundest on the market) balanced flavours, it is clear that there is a certain experience. Very kind owner and guys, super recommended!

06/04/2025: Slightly high price but you can certainly see and feel the quality, very helpful and courteous staff, very welcoming environment, even if there is high heating at times, I recommend a reservation especially on weekends

05/05/2025: Sono stato a pranzo domenica con i miei genitori. Cibo buono e ben cucinato, materie prime (pesce!) di ottima qualità. Ho apprezzato in modo particolare gli gnocchi fatti in casa alla ricotta e salmone affumicato conditi con polvere di liquirizia, consigliati dal titolare, persona piacevole, distinta, preparata, professionale ed educata.
