I've only ordered a couple of times, and I've had a really good experience! Pizza has become a luxury item in Schio these days, and it's usually plain and bland. But at this pizzeria, I found a fresh, sweet tomato sauce, well-cooked and well-leavened dough, and excellent quality ingredients. I'm holding off on giving it 5 stars only because I want to see how it fares in the long run, but for now, everything seems excellent.

Good pizza, soft, cooked but not burned, good flavor. But they should cover the entire pizza, not leave large chunks near the edge with nothing on them. Whoever throws away the edge, throws away half!

Unfortunately, and this isn't the first time, I ordered three takeout pizzas and was told I could pick them up in 30 minutes. I showed up 10 minutes early and paid the bill. They told me to sit down while they waited for the pizzas to be ready, and after about 5 minutes they called me, but my pizzas hadn't just come out of the oven—they were kept warm in a small oven—and were already ready before I arrived. Bottom line: I ate pizzas that were barely warm and not at all good.

I've lived in Schio for a year and a half, and it took me a while to find a pizzeria we liked. As for the product itself, I have nothing but praise: light dough, soft edges, and good-quality toppings. I couldn't wait for them to reopen after the holidays so I could go back for a well-deserved pizza! Last time, I ordered a capricciosa with fries: unfortunately, the fries were missing, and I noticed it in the car. The girl at the cash register noticed my face from the window and, realizing what had happened, ran over to get the pizza and had the fries added. I really appreciated the gesture; everyone makes mistakes, and it's not a problem; on the contrary! I appreciated even more how the solution was handled! Now that they've moved across the street from our house, we'll definitely order pizza more often, and definitely only from here!
