Pizzeria Dall'Adriana In Tolfa

04/10/2025: A local gem serving local and seasonal favorites. Friendly service, good food, and a selection of wines and beers. My Rigatoni Amatriciana was as it should be, chewy rigatoni, a rich red sauce, crispy guanciale, and a dusting of sharp pecorino cheese. It was advertised as a half portion but was very generous. As was the puntarelle and stracciatella soft cheese - bitter and sweet combined perfectly. It's truly amazing what magic Italian Chefs can create with a few, fresh and seasonal ingredients. Recommended.
