I often go to Paz because it makes a pizza that I like, the dough is good and the products too. The guys who work collaborate to offer an impeccable service. Excellent I would say, never disappointed

Good and digestible pizza. Inside the restaurant there are seats and an external veranda, the service is fast and the prices are consistent. I will gladly return!

I was the first diner at 7pm on a Friday evening but soon realised that the restaurant was fully booked apart from a couple of tables. Staff were friendly and efficient, my pizza was excellent and arrived quickly, I saw four people working on preparing them. With a beer, and the always irresistible portion of olive ascolana, my bill was 16.50 euros.

16/02/2025: Siamo stati al nuovo locale a Fossombrone per un compleanno. Le pizze sono diverse dal solito per quanto riguarda l’impasto molto soffice per le cicliste ma ottimo anche per i soliti condimenti con base rossa ad esempio. È stata una bella esperienza ma non tornerei perché preferisco altri impasti. Servizio ottimo, tutti gentilissimi e location molto moderna e luminosa.
12/02/2025: Dinner with friends. I had the pizza, not bad. Lots of choice between traditional and gourmet pizzas. Interesting wine list.
