A study on pizza making done to perfection!
This is the first time I experienced a pizzeria which offers different dough types for their pizzas. There are 5 dough options, some of them created by this pizzeria, while one dough type is the gluten-free option.
The pizza menu is then divided into different sections, offering traditional options, calzone, the panuozzo and a section of gourmet options.
We chose to order for takeaway, 4 different options also with different doughs and the resulting pizzas were delicious, to say the least.
The place is unassuming and simple, nevertheless bustling with eat-in and takeaway clients, even though we went to this place on a midweek evening.
The place is well staffed and the orders are taken by a friendly person who also offered a free drink to make up for the order delay which was not even the shop's fault.
I would definitely recommend a visit to this place to anyone who is interested in enjoying a delicious pizza.

The pasta omelettes are phenomenal, I personally tried the one with zucchini nerano and it was wow. The pizzas are also excellent, but I found "La Gialla" which is the most famous pizza in the place (and which friends recommended to me) a little too heavy for my tastes, and which clashes a little with the turmeric in the dough, but perhaps it's a personal taste. For the rest everything is excellent

Friendly staff and great pizza. Amazing tiramisu. Reservations are needed if you want a table in the weekend.

Niente da fare, periodicamente devo dirlo sennò sto male: È LA PIZZA PIÙ BUONA DEL MONDO STOP. I panzerotti fritti alla Nutella e Pistacchio sono patrimonio dell umanità…unica pecca crea dipendenza. Bravo Toni e il suo staff che da anni mantengono standard ELEVATISSIMI

pizzeria in centro a Pisa, dotata si piccolo dehor.
Pizza ottima, ottimo impasto. Menù con molta scelta (fin troppa forse!).
Prezzi adeguati per famiglie e studenti, ottimi dolci, servizio sorridente.
