Delicious pizza, brilliant service. We were very impressed. My husband was able to eat pizza for the first time in 6 years, because you can order gluten-free pizza in the restaurant. We highly recommend it, the best pizza we have ever eaten!

Atmosphere, service, and delicious food! A 10 out of 10 without a doubt! We ordered two pizzas with Moretti beer, and they were delicious and filling. We watched the Champions League final while we ate. We paid by credit card. We'll go again tomorrow because we still have to try the desserts.

Niente da fare, periodicamente devo dirlo sennò sto male: È LA PIZZA PIÙ BUONA DEL MONDO STOP. I panzerotti fritti alla Nutella e Pistacchio sono patrimonio dell umanità…unica pecca crea dipendenza. Bravo Toni e il suo staff che da anni mantengono standard ELEVATISSIMI

25/05/2025: Great place especially if you have kids, they are very kind in this place, everyone from the first to the last. The pizza is very good and the prices are low compared to the quality of the pizza. Truly one of the best places around Pisa to go and eat a pizza.
10/05/2025: Exceptional pizza.. Diego and Alberto are kind and welcoming owners, the pizza is fantastic, you can choose it with a high or low Roman crust... Top!! Excellent quality ingredients... also a lot of choice of craft beers

18/07/2025: Cigno Nero restaurant and pizzeria, located in Bientina (PI), is a hidden gem offering an unparalleled culinary and ambiance experience. Owner Caterina deserves the highest praise for her exceptional attention to customer needs, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and fully satisfied. The establishment itself is a small paradise: nestled in a cool and enchanting setting, enhanced by a lake populated by fish and aquatic turtles, charming fountains, and surrounded by animals such as goats, ducks, swans, and guinea pigs. This natural setting offers a relaxing and charming atmosphere, ideal for families thanks also to the children's play area. The tranquil setting is made even more pleasant by the availability of ample parking and the beauty of the surrounding trees, which help create an oasis of serenity away from the chaos of everyday life. With the arrival of summer 2025, Cigno Nero has refreshed its menu with truly interesting seasonal offerings. Among the new dishes not to be missed: Seafood tartare trio for 4 (€28), incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. Beef tartare for 2 (€18), balanced and tasty. Gnocco for 6 (€28) with three irresistible variations: Pisan mucco ragù, aglione and cherry tomatoes, and the surprising "tabaccolara" with herb pesto. Sliced steak with grilled vegetables for 4 (€30), ideal for meat lovers. Fried seafood for 4 (€22), light and crispy. For pizza lovers, the pizza round for 6 (€20) offers a mix of classic Margherita, Napoli, ham and mushrooms, served on rustic boards. Service remains a strong point: helpful, friendly, and always attentive waiters. The food continues to be good quality, with generous portions and fair prices, especially considering the portions designed for groups. In conclusion, Cigno Nero is not just a restaurant, but a complete experience that combines excellent food, warm service, and a charming atmosphere.
