Lavoro da anni nella Gastronomia , anche in giro per il mondo... si vanta tanto la pizza napoletana, ma l'impasto che fà questo ragazzo è vermante OTTIMO , bilanciato e saporita, leggera e cotta perfettamente in un forno a legna stupendo , non è la classica pizza buttata li che non ha sapore , io consiglio la prova .... non rimarrete delusi
