I went there with my wife, polite and professional staff. The pizza was excellent, really very good. Impeccable service, very nice place, clean and well distributed tables. I recommend you go there, there is a parking lot nearby where you can safely leave your car.

Very thin pizza as I like it, plus there is the possibility of having it in two flavors by choosing from the various options on the menu, you can choose between three cheeses: normal, large and XL and various doughs: wholemeal, spelled etc.
The service was excellent and very fast and the price was also below our prediction

When 5 stars are too few... Historic place where the best pizza in the world is prepared! Nothing about the ecstasy one feels can be described here. Many also leave from Liguria to visit this pizza sanctuary. Thanks to Pietrino, his wife and the staff for existing. Yours is a real mission!💥

We were in transit and got a place straight away.
The pizzas are extremely good and arrived quickly, the dessert is amazing.
The innkeepers are very helpful and friendly.
Definitely recommended if you are in the area.

There is no story! In the province of Alessandria there is no better, more digestible, higher quality pizza. The pizza here is state of the art pizza.

Da 40 anni vado in questo locale, appena ben rinnovato : gestione familiare che dal padre è passato al figlio con moglie e nipote. BRAVI, BRAVI, BRAVI. Antipasti e dolci artigianali e ottima pizza con prodotti di qualità. Servizio attento e gentile, personale giovane e disponibile : sempre un piacere andarci e ritornarci. Prezzi giusti.

Sono andato da Pietrino questa volta con spirito critico per capire come abbia fatto a diventare un pilastro fondamentale della cultura culinaria della zona. E presto lo ho capito. Tutto top, servizio, cibo, tempi, copertura della sala, birra, prezzo, personale. Con 28 euro a testa abbiamo mangiato in abbondanza pizza di qualità. Ho preso una bacio ed era veramente buona. Assaggiato anche le pizze degli altri, tutte ottime. Bagni ben tenuti e puliti. La possibilità di scegliere la taglia della pizza, oltre che l'impasto è una gran giocata. Noi ovviamente abbiamo preso la XL e per uno che mangia parecchio è sufficiente e ben condita.
