This restaurant is typical Barese EXCELLENT food.

The meat quality is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. I'm not an expert, but I had a great meal.

I discovered this place by chance, celebrating a birthday and finding myself at a table laden with dishes prepared with attention to the smallest details. The prosciutto crudo, sliced ​​with a knife, was highly appreciated...it melted in the mouth. The eggplant parmigiana, prepared as tradition dictates. The very friendly chef revealed little culinary secrets typical of traditional Apulian cuisine...wonderful!!!! The staff was friendly and attentive, especially regarding food intolerances. Pizza with a light dough and genuine ingredients. I recommend the 5-grain pizza, enjoyed only with oil, cherry tomatoes, and arugula, and the baked cardoncelli mushrooms 🔝🔝. It was a lovely discovery in Poggiofranco...we'll be back to try the first courses!!!

Pizzeria Da Luigi hosted us on a Saturday night, at an inappropriate time. Without even having booked, they seated us immediately and, despite the full room, the waiting times were more than reasonable. The pizzas were tasty and the desserts fresh and flavorful (the ricotta pastiera was fabulous!). The staff is helpful, quick and friendly and the place is clean and tidy. I will definitely be back!
