Pizzeria Da Mino – Solid takeaway pizza, but with small weaknesses ★★★☆☆ I got a pizza to go from Pizzeria Da Mino. Overall the experience was OK, but not great. Positive: ✔️ The waiting time was pleasantly short - perfect if you're in a hurry. ✔️ The dough was well baked and had a pleasant consistency. ✔️ The topping was fresh and tasted okay. Negative: ❌ The pizza was only lukewarm when we picked it up, so it had to be warmed up at home. ❌ The staff wasn't unfriendly, but seemed a bit stressed and not particularly welcoming. ❌ In terms of taste, the pizza was solid, but nothing that particularly stood out - more standard. Conclusion: If you are looking for a quick and solid pizza to take away, you will find it here. However, there is still room for improvement when it comes to the friendliness and temperature of the pizza.

Let me start by saying that I gave 4 stars for the ambience, simply because I would like it to be bigger to spend pleasant and tasty moments in company, but in fact it is a very clean, welcoming and well-kept place. So I ordered 11 pizzas for home delivery ( dinner with friends) arrived very punctually, with a very kind guy and above all, as good as if we had tasted them on the spot!!! Owner very available to satisfy palates, needs, and any customer request always with a smile. Thank you very much Mino, you made our evening fantastic, see you next time!!!!!

We took two pizzas and a parcel with vegetables and mozzarella. We loved everything! Aside from the fact that the service was ultra-fast, Mino treated us like guests, welcoming us with a smile and courtesy. We will definitely be back here more than willingly❤️

Sono stata alla pizzeria da Mino con delle colleghe perché viaggiando molto per lavoro, questo è il mio punto fisso se voglio gustare una buona pizza a Bolzano!!! Locale piccolo ma molto accogliente, curato e pulizia impeccabile.Personale gentilissimo,efficente e molto disponibile. Il titolare,Mino,sempre pronto a soddisfare le esigenze e i diversi gusti dei clienti,e tutto questo in tempo brevi ma soprattutto con il sorriso e una cordialità unica, difficile da trovare, soprattutto a Bolzano. Ma parliamo di lei,la vera regina,la sua pizza!!!!!!! Impasto leggero e facilmente digeribile, semplicità e sapore ad ogni morso,una vera delizia per il palato oltre ad un menù molto vasto. Consigliatissimo anche su ordinazione a domicilio. Insomma,un po' di calore e sapori del sud a Bolzano. Grazie Mino e grazie ai tuoi ragazzi.

Ho recentemente visitato la pizzeria da Mino e sono rimasto assolutamente colpito. La pizza è veramente molto buona, e le pizze gourmet veramente eccezionali e l’ambiente è molto accogliente, complimenti, non ci deludete mai. 5 stelle meritate.
