04/01/2025: Even though it was a Friday, we managed to get a table for 4 people at short notice in this very busy and extremely pretty restaurant. The service was extremely friendly, attentive and professional. The ambience was modern but cozy with a warm touch (table tops). About the most important thing - the food: The focaccia chosen as a starter proved to be the first highlight of the day - baked crispy, topped with the right amount of thyme, it could only be perked up by the addition of the excellent olive oil (and perhaps a pinch of salt). The following pasta dishes, such as tagliatelle with cinghale - ragu (wild boar) and the ravioli stuffed with kale, were just as delicious and tasty as the pizza with burrata and pickled tomatoes. But the real highlight turned out to be the queen of all pizzas: the Pizza Margherita Napoli! If the dough and the cheese were already an enlightenment, this was especially true of the fruity, intense tomato sauce - an absolute recommendation! A must! Conclusion: a visit to this restaurant is actually a must when staying in Bolzano. The prices were more than reasonable for the quality offered. It is also recommended to take a look at the wine list with the open wines. Both the Pinot Noir (despite the confusing name, this is a red wine) and the Pinot Blanc, both from the region, should definitely be tried by wine lovers.
