I've been going there since the early 80s. The farinata is always excellent, unfortunately for a few years now the pizza has lost all the qualities that made it the best in the city for me. Now it is shorter, less soft (biscuit on the edge) and consequently less tasty. On a couple of occasions I tried to report it, but they said they hadn't changed anything (impossible). As long as people continue to go they are right, but those who go are because they don't remember or haven't tried how it was done in the past when the historic pizza chef was at the oven. Sin.

Excellent pan and farinata pizza in a modern setting. You have to wait a few minutes, but it's really worth it. Very kind staff and quiet environment.

ristorante perfetto..... bellissimo unico problema essendoci tante persone sono un po lenti siamo arrivati alle 19.25 e alle 20.15 e arrivato il primo piatto e abbiamo finito tutto alle 21.15
