Great place. I came because it was nearby and because of the reviews. It's luxurious. The place has a super nice terrace with three air conditioners, and it's fantastic. The pizzas are very good and homemade. The price is very good. We came as two people, two large pizzas for 8.50, a 1/4 jug of wine, and 1 liter of cold water for 25 euros for two people. And they even charged us 4 euros for table service. Something we Spaniards aren't used to, but the price seemed so good, 21 euros plus service... we were happy to pay it. The waiters were super friendly. It was full, but they found us a table right away. They don't speak English, but if you speak Spanish and Italian, you can understand each other well. Highly recommended.

I've been going to Michi's since I was a child, in the mid-1970s. Unfortunately, the pizza and farinata of the past are a distant memory. The historic (and unsurpassed) pizza chef is no longer with us, as is his incredible, unique, and inimitable pan pizza, his calzone with tomato and mozzarella on the outside, and his farinata, among the best in Italy, not just Turin.
Now the pizza is just more decent, still among the best in Turin (that's why I keep going), but I often find both the dough and the sauce sweet. Sometimes the pan pizza gets drowned in the tomato sauce, and if you ask for it with just a little sauce, it's almost "white."
They should at least ask the old man how he measured the ingredients...

Da Michi è un'autentica leggenda torinese, ci vado da quando avevo cinque anni, che lo recensisco a fare? Vabbe', ci provo lo stesso. Pizza per tutti i gusti (da urlo la salsiccia e castelmagno), anche senza glutine, al mattone o al padellino, sempre di grande qualità, alla pari della croccante farinata. Locale ristrutturato di recente insieme all'enorme dehors. Personale davvero cortese che si muove con destrezza tra i tavoli costantemente affollati. Indispensabile la prenotazione. Prezzi nella norma. Consigliato, ovvio. Un saluto affettuoso alla mitica proprietaria.
