Mine is not a review but a report, having to go to Sassetta for personal reasons I saw what was open to eat something, on Google it said open, arrived in Sassetta it was closed and I assure you that Sassetta is not a big city where if it is closed one will take you elsewhere.....

We stayed with Salvatore in an Airbnb at age at Maria Pisa’s twice , the ravioli was delicious and Louie and his wife were also wonderful. We just wished they were open every day.

I had a cured meats appetizer. Honestly, I have to say it was quite disappointing—the classic platter of various cured meats just thrown together. Then, at the table next to mine, two very nice ladies ordered a plate of ravioli or tortelli (I don't remember exactly) with meat sauce. And that was it...I wanted to try them. Delicious! The photos speak for themselves!

The porcini mushroom pasta was fabulous, like all porcini mushroom dishes! The butter and sage ravioli are a must-try...the service was friendly and impeccable. A real surprise. The outdoor location is a bit sunny, but you can dine inside.

Ristorante Blue Marlin

02/09/2025: I returned to San Vincenzo after a year and was deeply saddened to see that the restaurant is closed. Both my friends and I were devastated because we ate the best fish of our lives at this very restaurant! Thank you for the experience you've given us all these years!!
08/05/2025: Very good pizzas! I took Quattro Stagione, ham and other fills were excellent. My wife took Frutti di Mare, she said it was best she has ever eaten so far! The service was pleasant and the atmosphere cozy and relaxed during Saturday evening.
