One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten! Of a thousand doughs (if you like), my traditional one has a unique aroma: I asked for the secret. It has at least three flours, one of which is corn, sourdough starter, and a very unique leavening process. All this gives the dough a wonderful aroma (it makes me think of lard, but I was wrong), which is thin and therefore very digestible, yet firm, crunchy, and cooked to perfection. They also have a very unique cuisine: their Asiago cheese, porcini mushrooms, and soppressa in every sauce appear. Must try, I think I'll choose them for my birthday lunch, which will have a different twist this year! Thanks to all of you, I ate very well, excellent value, and the kindness of that simple, true, genuine kind! Oh, I forgot, the beer, the one I remember drinking at the Rosenheim beer festival. Delicious, cold, a very large glass for a medium-sized one.

Aged but well kept place.
