Pizzeria Da Gisa In Carloforte

Beautiful Genoese-style farinata pizza, given the origins... Great food and prices. You can take it by the slice or on site, they have a few tables outside and many inside, but without service. It's worth it!

Really good flour!! The pizza apparently didn't inspire me but was actually very tasty. There's always a long queue but it's worth it, it's really nice to eat this Carloforte street food out front or take it to the beach

Ci siamo arrivati su suggerimento di un amico . Avevo cercato in lungo il largo il numero di telefono e mi chiedevo come mai non ci fosse un numero per prenotare.. le risposte semplice perché no non è un vero ristorante è una bottega per pizze frenate di asporto che però ti fa sognare! Ce la possibilità di mangiare in un Dehors spartano ma carino, la Farinata è da 10 e lode(mia figlia suggerisce 11), ed abbiamo assaggiato una pizza rossa davvero bassa e croccante da leccarsi i baffi. L’accompagni con un’Ichnusa fresca, un sorriso anzi 2 dei titolari ed una cena veloce con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo è servita! Non si può mancare!!

The farinata is decent, although as a Genoese I am perhaps too demanding. The service is a bit chaotic, but you also have to put yourself in the shoes of the people of Carloforte, who see their clientele increase tenfold in the summer and maybe they are not used to it yet (fortunately!)

Best place for farinata and pizzetta carlofortina (margerita with anchovies). Recommended to take and eat by faro di caposandalo while looking at sunset
