This place specializes in farinata and pan pizza. Both are excellent and reasonably priced. Definitely worth a try.

I waited, and waited, and waited...a long wait because they don't take reservations. Hunger and anticipation mingled. Then finally the food: the farinata exceeded my expectations, really good, tasty, and crunchy. The pan-fried pancake, I don't know, was good, but not the best. But I'll be back, just to change my mind!

After years, I returned today...and was lucky enough to find the farinata fresh out of the oven. The best, just like at Mr. Gino's. The pan-fried pizza was a post-cinema ritual.... Always a pleasant atmosphere in every way. See you soon.

I went without a reservation, and there were two of us. We waited half an hour for a table. We were seated at 9:00 PM, and the service was fast. We had farinata, which was delicious, a pan pizza with sausage and Gorgo cheese, and a pizza with just sausage. We drank the house red wine, which was also very good. This restaurant's pan pizza is known for being the best in Turin, and so far I can confirm that; the pizza and the ingredients were truly excellent. The only thing to note is that around 10:00 PM the staff tends to close quickly, so you might be kindly asked to finish your dinner. I recommend you come and try this place!

20/07/2025: I've had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant several times, and each time I've found the cuisine to be truly excellent: carefully crafted dishes, quality ingredients, and mouth-watering flavors, all complemented by impeccable service. That said, even though we knew from the start that the table had to be vacated by a certain time (so it was our choice), I can't deny that dining by the clock takes away some of the enjoyment from the experience. The need to organize two sittings, in my opinion, affects the experience itself. A real shame, because the quality of the cuisine deserves a more relaxed atmosphere.
