I used to go there as a student when Gino and his wife ran it (late 60s). I go back to the new place every now and then, the farinata is always delicious, the pan pizza is perfect both for the dough and the ingredients, and the cooking, the result is truly excellent!

Delicious pizza, amazing farinata, fair prices, fast service, very kind staff.
It's a shame you can't pay with Satispay.
The only downside: when you leave the restaurant, the smell of the pizza permeates your clothes.

Unfortunately, I only gave 2 stars to the service due to the long wait times at the table. They prefer takeout. The farinata was too thin, so thin in some places that it left holes and therefore dried out after cooking. I also had a pizza. It was good. But you go to Gino's for the farinata, or rather, you go.

Today I had the pleasure of eating the best pizza in Italy at Gino's. Even though it was takeout, it was incredibly delicious. The crepes were so good I forgot to take a photo (though I don't know what crepes are called in Italian, so I used a Google Maps image when I ordered). The texture was soft, chewy, and crispy—just my favorite. The staff was also very friendly. The only downside is that their hours are so tight; they completely overlap with my work schedule, making it difficult for me to dine there. I will recommend this place to my pizza-loving friends, and I'll only go there when I'm craving pizza! It's a fantastic place.

You can reserve for lunch, and I recommend it because I went on a weekday and still had to wait. The wait, however, was more than worth it. The pan pizza is amazing. The farinata is thin and delicious. Also, try their homemade desserts, they're truly worth it. What can I say? Gino is a must-visit in Turin.

After years, I returned today...and was lucky enough to find the farinata fresh out of the oven.
The best, just like at Mr. Gino's.
The pan-fried pizza was a post-cinema ritual....

I waited, and waited, and waited...a long wait because they don't take reservations. Hunger and anticipation mingled. Then finally the food: the farinata exceeded my expectations, really good, tasty, and crunchy. The pan-fried pancake, I don't know, was good, but not the best. But I'll be back, just to change my mind!
