As for the bases, they are pre-cooked. Too bad about the dough, but all in all, the pizza is good. I know it's difficult, but whatever. As for the staff, they are polite but a little slow (depends on the day, obviously). Decent and normal costs. My grandfather's 48 years of experience.

01/08/2025: What a wonderful location, just outside the tourist frenzy of Sirolo. Genuine hospitality from lovely people, a very good restaurant, and a delicious breakfast. The pool and garden are very well maintained. In short: highly recommended!!👍
