Good pizza, simple place, friendly staff

A must-visit during a summer stay in Mezzaselva. A wide selection of pizzas (strictly thin and crispy, no high-crust, contemporary, or other current fads) and a couple of alternative doughs to 00 flour. Excellent quality ingredients and ingredients, average prices. Recommended 👍

Excellent pizza, thin, well-cooked, and very rich and topped. Better than most pizzerias on the plateau. Three pizzas (Atomica, Sette Comuni, Prosciutto, and Salamino), two waters, and a large beer, €39. Cute place, recently renovated. Beautiful wood-fired oven on display. Kamut and gluten-free options available.
