Pizzeria da Carlo In Orbetello

It has changed ownership and is now called Luna Rossa. We used to eat well, now at least for me we eat better. Here in Tuscany unfortunately we eat wafers so finding a place that makes real Neapolitan pizza was a very pleasant surprise. The dining room staff is also attentive and kind and the prices, given the quality, are very competitive. Try the fried calzone.

I wanted to go to this pizzeria that everyone speaks well of but the website is not updated and through chat I learned that the place is temporarily closed for renovation.

The first time I ate pizza in this place it was very good and I went back convinced that it would still be good last night they served us horrible pizza that was unseasoned and all burnt even on top, really bad
