22/03/2025: My husband and I went to the IKEA GENOA invoice and returns office on the ground floor to return a sofa. We were very lucky to be served by Mrs. Raffaella! Luckily there are people like Mrs. Raffaella: very well-prepared, very professional, efficient and kind, understanding, also very nice! Thank you Raffaella. It was a pleasure meeting her.
08/03/2025: We had a great time, great prices, friendly and knowledgeable staff! In the mattress department we met Rebecca who guided us through the purchase, very kind and truly competent! We will be back!
