17/08/2025: Bellavia has become a symbol of Naples, exported to the world, a pastry shop that has always helped rediscover the flavors of Neapolitan desserts. Beyond classic Neapolitan desserts, thanks to my son, I recently discovered a cake that, given its name, I thought was banal, but which I assure you is a delicacy: the "bread, butter, and jam" cake, made with sponge cake (though I've also tried a version with a biscuit base, similar to cheesecake, which isn't as good as the other). The only sore point is the prices, especially the location at the airport. In any case, everything is delicious.
