11/07/2024: Exceptional Service from Start to Finish! From the moment we checked in at Cervo Hotel, Costa Smeralda Resort, our experience was nothing short of outstanding. As a large family traveling together, including my grandmother who uses a wheelchair, we were thoroughly impressed by the kindness and attentiveness of the entire hotel staff. The check-in process was seamless and truly amazing. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our rooms were next to each other, which made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. It was clear from the start that the staff at Cervo Hotel genuinely care about their guests' comfort and satisfaction. Our rooms were beautifully appointed, spacious, and impeccably clean. They even recommended a boat trip for us, which turned out to be a fantastic experience, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our vacation.
