Fried well cooked and not greasy, the pizzas were all good and tasty. The thing that surprised me was that after consuming their fried food and pizzas from other very renowned pizzerias, it almost always left me thirsty and heartburned. Here No I have not had any of these problems. Congratulations to Cristian. The only flaw is that, having been born as a takeaway pizzeria, it has no internal seating and I find this uncomfortable. A little space for the tables and a little more privacy..... The rest, all perfect.... Your menu is fantastic, starting with the fried food, the strips with rocket and cherry tomatoes, the omelettes.... The pizza then surprised me.... I came to you yesterday, without any pretense, a little skeptical about the cost, and instead I changed my mind greatly, excellent food, the omelettes were fantastic, the croquettes very good, we had a Margherita and a potato and frankfurter both very good, but the what struck me most is that the staff, despite being very young, know how to relate to the customer and this is worth a lot to me, asking if everything was to our satisfaction makes it clear that you really care that everything goes in the right direction, and that the customer feels at home, even if the space is small and there are few tables they made us sit right away and the service was very fast. We went last night (Wednesday) to this pizzeria (I'll start by saying that it's a take-away pizzeria with a few tables outside but nevertheless we waited very little to sit down), because this day you can take advantage of the menu for €15 as well as other menu that already offers for all the other days. Cristian and his staff are very kind, the €15 menu valid only on Wednesday evenings includes a cacio e pepe pasta omelette, a nerano pasta omelette, two croquettes each, a pizza each with Margherita and fillet and a drink per taste . Without too many pretensions we found ourselves tasting a pizza that amazed us with the lightness of the dough and the quality of the raw materials used, excellent with salt (obviously the taste is very personal), and the mozzarella was really good, the pizza did not it is heavy to digest and you would happily eat even two. What can I say, try the other menus to taste the special pizzas on the menu.
