Very light and tasty pizza. Quality ingredients and top overall service. Absolutely worth trying, also because once you try it you always come back!!! The best pizza in Viareggio. They make Cecina and it's very good and thick.

Takeaway pizza and cecina both good. The mushroom cecina is particular (never tried before) even though I always prefer the classic one

Evening spent inside the restaurant with a table of 10 people managed quite well and a tight waiting time, a bit like the space between the tables but there is still a nice outdoor space. Inside it is possible to observe the preparation of the pizzas live, very pleasant in my opinion. The only flaw despite it being Saturday, not all the pizzas were available due to a lack of some ingredients but excellent prices.

They are very kind, very helpful and good. They have a lot of choice and the pizzas and cecina are amazing!

Good quality and variety of choice for pizza on site. Prices are normal tending towards cheap. Convenient and accessible being in the center of the town. The cecina, however, was a little too oily while the stuffed cecina confused the flavors inside too much to have an appreciable identity of its own.

Ottima pizza !!! Sottile come piace a noi e impasto decisamente ben lievitato perché è veramente leggera. Ci torneremo sicuramente alla prima occasione

21/02/2025: Un medio che con un più di attenzione sui piatti di carne potrebbe essere ottimo. Nel complesso bene ... un voto medio per spronare a migliorare
09/09/2024: Location spartana in contesto industriale. Il ristorante è la classica trattoria toscana con pochi coperti. La signora in sala gentile. Abbiamo optato tore due antipasti: salumi misti con crostino toscano, panzanelle: buoni. Come altro antipasto i sedani ripieni. Davvero molto buoni. Entrambi abbondanti. Abbiamo proseguito con un tordello in due buono e comunque abbondante sicuramente fatto in casa. In zona però ci sono tordelli più gustosi ma comunque è un giudizio personale. Abbiamo con concluso con peposo e polenta e terrina di bollito. Contorno una porzione di patate. Il peposo non mi ha entusiasmato, meglio la terrina. Ottime le patate. Lista dei vini che predilige biologico e naturale. Non sono i miei vini preferiti ma comunque non male. Sicuramente torneremo

10/09/2024: Historic brewery always very popular and this alone explains the way of working. The staff is always kind and friendly, especially the owner Davide who is always available. The menu also has variations with off-menu dishes, the fixed dishes are excellent and ideal for the place (pizza, hamburger etc..). The environment and the place are well looked after and it's great, relaxing or partying, there's something for everyone!
