The Collodi pizzeria has always been my favorite place, it never disappoints me! The service was perfect: very kind waiters!!! Excellent pizza!!! It is perhaps the only pizzeria in Matera that has maintained honest prices!!!

The puccia is very good, the chips are also pleasant to eat while waiting, the same goes for the bruschetta. The only negative note was the slightly long wait, three quarters of an hour. Better during the week, the service is faster.
